made with raw materials sourced
in the most prestigious high forests
high-quality organoleptic complexity from
a selection of stave-wood seasoned naturally in the open air.
Œnosylva products are finely
calibrated to perfectly dose
the aromatic and tannic input
of the oak during winemaking
or ageing. Three methods of toasting
(Traditional, Infrarouge, Convection)
confer subtle aromatic notes
and structural richness and complexity
on the wines.
